Misty Cosplay
Model and Costume Design: Rosie Photography and Editing: Mandy Hey Guys! It’s Rosie here, and I just wanted to share some of my cosplay journey. In Montreal we have an annual convention for anime called Otakuthon. I had a few friends who were going and I decided to tag along, but there was no way I’d show up without a costume. Now keeping in mind I was very new to this, had about one month, and I’m also a perfectionist, it was hard to pick a character I could get done in time; after much deliberating I chose Misty from Pokemon! Hold up! I know what you may think, Misty is overdone at conventions and usually isn’t a cosplay with much effort. However, I grew up loving Misty and really wanted to do her character justice.
